The Trucker Cap is made from polyester with a woven mesh back and double Snap Back fasteners. The trucker cap is ideal for screen-printing, air-brushing, stick-on logos and embroidery.

THE AVIATOR STRETCH-FIT BASEBALL CAP -  NEW FIRST EVER USED FABRICS
I developed this cap with some pilots who have never found the ideal cap until now.
This cap has been developed with a retro leather look that meets the flyboys very needs.
First with the design of the baseball cap we chose a stretch-fit crown using a beautiful woven fabric that Nike has developed for their hard wearing sports cap. The crown fabric
comes in some great vibrant colours such as black, red, kelly green, navy, royal, white and orange.
I removed the top button as this item has always made wearing the headphones uncomfortable with a pressure point on top of the crown. I made each crown panel 10cms
longer so that it sat low in the cervix between the skull and the ear channel.
To give it the classic Retro Look I have used a new man-made leather look on the the Bill (peak) to match the flyboys rugged overalls or bomber jacket.
The decoration, there is a lot of choices now but for the flyboys at Gympie Aero Club I chose some 3D embroidery using some retro metallic threads to give some depth and corrosive worn feel. There is a huge range of leather colours now available which can give it some real classy cutting edge looks

BRILLIANT TIP:
 Hats clean up in dishwasher!
Put soiled baseball cap in the top rack of the dishwasher, and run the machine on regular wash and heated dry. Use dishwasher soap, as you do for normal dishes.
The cap will be damp when the cycle is finished, so air-dry it. Once dry re-shape to fit skull.
I have used this method on caps of every colour and fabric with great success.

  4. Send this information - by email, fax form or post to us and we will supply you a very competitive quote.
    When we quote on embroidery, the cost depends the "stitch count". The stitch count is the number of stiches it takes to complete your artwork on the custom baseball hats and caps, visors and bags.
