What is my minimum purchase, can I purchase 2 or 3 caps only?


ANSWER:

No. As were are WHOLESALERS DIRECT, if you want to purchase plain stock the minimum requirement is 100 units, unless stated.
To purchase decorated stock (your logo on the garment) the minimum requirement is 100 units
unless stated otherwise.
If cap is sized -minimum 25 units/size
PERSPECTIVE:
As we are custom makers there are minimum requirements.
With all factories the minimum requirement is 500pcs/design/colour, it is only because of
the length of time that we have been in business that they allow us to do smaller orders
of 100pcs. It was a minimum of 10,000pcs/colour/design when I started 30years ago.
Doing less than 500pcs/colour/design slows down the production line immensely and
therefore puts every other order behind schedule.
You need to understand that we have a global business and to offer a custom make
service of the minimum of 100pcs is a privilege we have been fighting for a number
of years now. Taken into consideration that the total output of Australian trade
in this industry is less than 2% per annum the service we can offer is unique and
I hope you can now appreciate why we cannot do smaller than the minimum requirement orders.

Do you send plain samples?


ANSWER:

 


We are happy to send a free samples if you are genuinely committed to purchasing stock, we can make this decision upon receiving your enquiry. Please enclosed relevant address for a sample to be dispatched in your enquiry.


QUESTION:


My cap seems to get dirty really easy, what is the best way to clean it?


ANSWER:


Well that's very easy. Place your soiled hat (s) in the top rack of the dishwasher, run the machine on a regular wash and heated dry. Use your normal dishwasher soap as you do for dishes. The cap will be damp when the cycle is finished, so simply air dry it.
I have used this method on caps of every colour and fabric with great success.

How many caps or items can I get decorated?


ANSWER:


Minimum 25 units/design/colour unless stated.


QUESTION:


Do you embroider on my caps if I supply the blanks?


ANSWER:


No, due to duty of care, we are not responsible for others property.


QUESTION:


Can I change the thread colour for embroidery on different colour caps. 


ANSWER:


For LOCAL embroidery you can change the thread colour every 25 units. $15.00/colour change.
For custom made stock, thread colour change every 100 pieces


QUESTION:


Do you dispatch goods to third parties like a decorator.


ANSWER:

Yes, we are happy to dispatch your goods to your decorator, however, it is your responsibility to check your goods at third parties for quantities, colour etc.

Design Stuff accepts no responsibility once decoration is applied.


QUESTION:


 Can I return decorated stock if I don't like it upon arrival.

 

ANSWER:


It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that chosen styles and designs meet their requirements before decoration is authorised ready for production.
EMBROIDERY: once order is placed pre-production samples or digital images are emailed direct to client for approval.
The client may request no sample due to delivery time frames or repeat orders.
SCREEN PRINTING: upon order placement, artwork to be approved, no pre-production sample will be produced due to set-up screen costs. 
The client may request a plain stock sample made available to meet style shape and size requirements.
Design Stuff accepts no responsibility once decoration is applied to stock unless the base items are faulty.



QUESTION:


Can I return plain stock if I do not like it upon arrival.


ANSWER:


It is the customers responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the items purchased. We do assist by providing pre-purchase samples when requested.
However plain stock in original condition will be considered for returned for credit after obtaining a "return stock credit number" from Design Stuff.
Freight charged will be not be credited from the original invoice.

All quotes are valid for 21 days, unless stated.

Do you custom make caps and hats to the colours that we want should the colours not be available in the catalogue?


ANSWER:

 


Yes we can.. We can make any colours that you may need. We can also do quiet elaborate embroidery because it can be applied whilst the cap is in sections before the cap is sewn together. However, there is a minimum quantity of 100 units.
