Here at
Design Stuff we can help you through the sometimes challenging task
of getting your decoration just right so you can make a great
impression
with your new product lines.
Normal artwork production time 2 to 3 working days. |
Our Art department can
produce a colour graphic of any of our product lines, including
your logo for prior approval.
Our graphic designers can help assist you with your
artwork and positioning of the decoration of your product. Give
us your brief with as much detail as possible.
As we are wholesalers, the minimum requirement for plain stock
is 25 units.
The minimum requirement for decorated stock is 50
pieces. A set-up fee of $60 per logo will be charged for
under 50 pieces and some styles under 100 pieces of decorated products.
With some styles over 50 decorated products, no set-up fee's
can apply,
this will be indicated with that particular style.
With Uni-Fit caps under 100 pieces a set-up fee of
$60.00 applies.
You may mix colours and sizes to make up the requirement
providing the same decoration
used for the products chosen. |

LOGO SIZE:
Some sizes are specified on our website, but there are
exceptions to the rule.
If the same design/logo is required in two sizes, they must be

LOCAL DECORATORS (Available
only if indicated on each style product) |

This is embroidery and screen printing carried out by local
decorators in our
immediate area. Minimum of 50 units using the same
design/logo. However we are limited to normal flat embroidery
and size positioning on the products.

EXPRESS SERVICE EMBROIDERY (Available

Express
Service is caps and embroidery provided from our overseas
factory and air freighted into Australia on a 14 working day
turnaround. To improve the turnaround time you have the option
of all pre-production sampling made-up and digitally emailed
to for approval.
Minimum Order = 100 units per style.
With Express Service you have a number of options available to
you the were previously unavailable unless you had your order
custom made.
- FABRIC - COLOUR CHANGE
You can now have the flexibility of custom choosing
colours, this applies to any style with the express button
on the website.
Minimum colourway per style: 100 units.
Heavy Brushed Cotton colours, please refer to styles

Premium cotton twill colours, please refer to style

- CAP ADJUSTERS
Cap Adjusters cannot be changed. As per design for each
style on our website.
- 3D EMBROIDERY
3D or flat embroidery is available with this service
in six positions including peak.
- EMBROIDERED BADGES
Embroidered badges are available including flat or 3D
embroidery.
- PEAK EMBROIDERY
Flat or 3D embroidery available on peak.
- BACK ADJUSTER EMBROIDERY
Flat embroidery available on some rear adjusters.
Minimum 100 units on initial or repeat orders.
No set-up costs for orders.
Artwork design help available.
Exact repeat orders available. Delivery time will be 10
working days into Brisbane from receipt of order.
A sample charge of $80.00 plus artwork costs will apply should
order not proceed.
APPROVALS:
Choice of image or physical pre-production sample

COLOUR
GRAPHICS:
If possible please provide a colour swatch or quote PMS
(Pantone Matching System) colours. All due care will be taken to
ensure print and embroidery used match as closely as possible.
However, due to the colour and nature of various materials, it
is often impossible to obtain a 100% match. All materials print
differently and if your logo is being applied to two different
styles in the same order, variation in colour may occur.
If you do not have access to PMS colours we can help you there
by stating in your brief the colours you think they are
and our artists will match PMS colours as close as possible for
you. |

FONT CHOICES
Your decoration may have an impressive font that will
enhance the decorative message you want. How ever if you are
looking for alternative fonts, creative fonts or just simply a
trendy font, there are a number of great places to go on the
internet. One of our favourites is www.fonts101.com
they have over 3600 fonts to chose from and they are free.
If you find a font that you want to use in your design/logo
please state this in your brief when emailing. |

QUOTING YOUR ARTWORK
To help Design Stuff quote on your decoration
- We first require the type of products you would like a
quote on, indicated by using product style numbers.
- Please state the quantity, colour preferences.
- Where you would like to locate your design/logo on the
product, also the size of your design/logo.
.
- Copy of your artwork you would like to use. It can be in JPEG,
GIF, EPS, PDF, COREL V9 or a word document.
- Please state the type of decoration to be used, embroidered or
screen printed. Our customer service can help you with advise on getting the
best decorated result for a particular product.
- It is very helpful if you can supply PMS colours if
possible, but not a problem if you do not have them we can
assist with this, simply just tell us your desired colour
and we will best/match for you.
- It you are considering using text in your decoration it is
helpful if you know the font style. If you do not have a
font see above in "Fonts" we have over 3600
different fonts you can choose from.
- Ensure you have your contact name, email address, any
decoration attachments required and a phone number should
the need arise for you to be contacted.
- Under normal conditions we will have your
decorated/product quote back to you within 2 to 3 working days.
